The Loft is a year-round rental property.

Off-Peak Season Rates (after October 15th through May 15)

range from $250-$325 per night, 4 night minimum.

Peak Seasonal rates from mid-May to mid-October

range from $325- $400 per night, 4 night minimum. 

 

Check-in at 4:00 pm / Check-Out at 10:00 am.

There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee.

Stays less than 28 days are subject to 9% Maine Occupancy Tax.

Discount of 10% for stays of 7 nights or more.

Discount of 20% for stays exceeding 28 days.
